  • Greg, Thank you for the well reasoned response. Perhaps you did not actually read my post. I sense a repeat of talking points. Tax and spend, say no, tax and spend. As a wise old lady once said: "where's the beef?". What is your argument?

  • The tax breaks oil companies get began in 1916 when this industry was in its infancy. It is in addition to the tax breaks "other companies" get. It was necessary and in the countries best interest to absorb some of the risk of drilling and producing oil.

  • I saw two problems with the video. First, the crowd cheered for Gingrich's obvious racism and condescending behavior (I note the way he emphasized Juan). The crowds rudeness and catcalls of the moderator's questions was boorish behavior.
